We combed through the data to find the top 10 most highly reviewed RV accessories on Amazon as of May 2025. We looked at total reviews and average rating to rank the items. Each item on this list has thousands of reviews and has earned its place in countless campers' setups.

1. Camco TastePURE RV Water Filter (Model 40043)

RV Water Filter

Rating: 4.7 out of 5

Reviews: 52,000+

Price: ~$18

Summary: This inline water filter is a favorite for delivering cleaner, safer drinking water. It significantly reduces chlorine, sediment, and odors from campground hookups. It’s easy to connect, has long-lasting performance, and features durable brass fittings. A quick fix for bad-tasting water, it’s a must-have for every RVer.

Our View: This doesn’t shock me. You see these filters all over the RV parks hooked to rigs. I’ve used this filter for a long time myself and it simply works. Being that we normally just drink bottled water, I’ve never brought myself to invest in a high-dollar filtration system because the TastePURE filters haven’t failed me yet.

2. Camco RhinoFLEX 20-Foot RV Sewer Hose Kit

RV Sewer Hose

Rating: 4.7 out of 5

Reviews: 28,000+

Price: ~$40–$60

Summary: Durable, flexible, and secure. This sewer hose kit includes swivel fittings, a clear elbow for visibility, and end caps for tidy storage. Its crush-resistant design and easy-to-store nature make it a top choice for dependable waste disposal.

Our View: Once again, this is a product I use as well as apparently most other RVers that shop Amazon. What can I say other than it’s reasonably priced and it gets the job done. I can attest that it lasts as well. I’m going on my 3rd year with mine and there’s not damage or deterioration yet.

3. Camco TST MAX RV Toilet Treatment Drop-INs (30-Pack)

RV Black Tank Treatment

Rating: 4.6 out of 5

Reviews: 25,000+

Price: ~$15

Summary: These powerful drop-ins neutralize odors and help break down waste and toilet paper. Ideal for hot weather and extended trips, users love the fresh scent and mess-free convenience. They're also known to help tank sensors function better by preventing buildup.

Our View: This is another product we have used. We aren’t always consistent on which brand drop-ins we buy, but these often go on sale and they work well.

4. Camco Rhino 36-Gallon Portable Waste Tank (Model 39006)

RV Wast tank portable

Rating: 4.6 out of 5

Reviews: 28,000+

Price: ~$160–$180

Summary: This rugged portable waste tank is perfect for boondocking or long-term camping without full hookups. It features a built-in gate valve, heavy-duty wheels, and an easy-pour spout. Reviewers love its convenience and durability.

Our View: So, I purchased this product about 2 years ago as well. It’s high quality and it works well. I’ve only used it a couple of times because this is one of those items that you only need it when you really need it. I don’t normally plan to stay in a spot without sewer hookups so long that I exceed my tank’s capacity, but occasionally you find yourself in that situation.

5. Camco Fasten Camper/RV Leveling Blocks (10-Pack)

RV leveling blocks

Rating: 4.7 out of 5

Reviews: 19,000+

Price: ~$30

Summary: These stackable leveling blocks make it easy to stabilize your RV on uneven terrain. They're lightweight, durable, and come in a handy storage case. Great for improving refrigerator efficiency and preventing slide-out issues.

Our View: These leveling blocks are another item on our list that I purchased years ago. I use them constantly for pretty much everything… leveling the RV, leveling the fold out table, as pads under the stabilizers in soft ground, extra grip when the truck tires start slipping on wet ground or loose gravel. All I can say is get multiple stacks. You’ll find they come in handy.

6. Camco 44510 Leveling Blocks (10 Count)

RV leveling blocks

Rating: 4.7 out of 5

Reviews: 19,000+

Price: ~$50

Summary: Another popular option for leveling and stabilizing your rig. These blocks offer a secure base for wheels or jacks, and their design prevents slipping and sinking on soft ground.

Our View: This is a product I haven’t used, but in heavy duty applications these look to be a good product, 12,000 reviews seem to think so at 4.5 stars. Being that they are Camco brand as well I’d say they probably work just as well as my Fasten leveling blocks.

7. Camco EVOFlex 35ft RV Drinking Water Hose

RV water hose

Rating: 4.7 out of 5

Reviews: 10,000+

Price: ~$40

Summary: A premium water hose made from safe, lead-free materials. It resists kinking and performs well even in cold weather. Brass fittings and a flexible build make it ideal for long runs to water sources.

Our View: I really like this style drinking water hose. If you’ve ever had to fight a standard hose to get it rolled up to fit in your RV compartment, you get why flexibility matters in a hose. With stainless steel fittings and high ratings, this is another winner.

8. Camco RV Power Grip Electrical Adapter (30 Amp Male to 15 Amp Female)

RV power adapter bone

Rating: 4.8 out of 5

Reviews: 8,000+

Price: ~$10–$15

Summary: A compact but essential tool for connecting your RV to standard household power. It features a sturdy design with an oversized grip for easy handling. Perfect for driveway camping or using a generator.

Our View: I used to have this item before I upgraded to a 5th wheel. It worked well and now I use the same thing in a 50 amp version.

9. Camco RV Vent Insulator with Reflective Surface

RV vent insulator cover

Rating: 4.7 out of 5

Reviews: 7,000+

Price: ~$15

Summary: This foam vent plug helps regulate your RV's temperature by blocking sunlight and drafts. Great for both hot summers and chilly winters and installs in seconds without tools.

Our View: If you’re in an extreme climate camping, you’ll get why these are so great. In an RV any help you can give your AC or furnace will be worth the investment.

10. Camco Awning De-Flapper Max (Set of 2)

RV awning deflapper

Rating: 4.6 out of 5

Reviews: 6,000+

Price: ~$17

Summary: Keep your awning safe and quiet in windy conditions. These clamps prevent fabric damage and reduce noise. Easy to install and adjustable for various awning sizes.

Our View: A lot of people swear by these, but I personally don’t own them. If you have to keep your awning out in wind or rain, they are probably worth the investment. Personally, I just bring my awning in if the weather calls for it.
